In all his years, from his first writing, established in 1945, to the generations of today's journalists, the role of "Freedom", the weekly with the most representative name, has remained the same - to constantly explore the reality of the Romanian community in Serbia, delving as deeply as possible into the temptations and challenges of the present and the past, in order to discover the truth and unmask the lie.

We can be proud that we have an objective newspaper, which enjoys credibility and notoriety from its readers. More than ever, today, when access to information is so fast, the time has come for the word responsible, vigorous and used in full awareness. In the popularization and development of our weekly, his activities, such as the "Freedom Cup", our village sports Olympiad, which has gathered hundreds of passionate sports readers, have contributed directly. The same is the case with literary evenings, different literary contests, meetings with readers of "Freedom", round tables on different topics and other actions organized according to the proximity of those who write to those who read "Freedom" and vice versa.
