“A passionate bakery trade”: with masterful expertise and a love of the job, the family business has been delighting its customers with fresh baked goods every day since 1984.

Founded at that time by Roland and Claudia Schaefer, the second generation is now successfully on the way in the company through son Sebastian Schaefer and daughter Susanne Sticher.

We attach great importance to the excellent quality and regionality of the raw materials and our products. In the bakery everything is handcrafted and freshly made every day, 7 days a week.

Many of our employees are trained in our trade and pass their skills on to our trainees.
