I made it simply for my use. This method has helped me a lot, so I recommend you try it out.
When exercising in the gym, exercise time and rest time are set as default for one set.
For example, if you exercise according to the set time when you bench press, you can exercise more concentratedly away from the way we exercised when we want to rest when we are having a hard time. It gives you a coercion to help you move on to the next set.
You can also use your time more efficiently in the gym.
Why don't you take too many breaks while looking at your cell phone between sets?
That way, your muscles are relaxed and your body cools, so you can't do proper exercise.
You can actively exercise by setting a tight exercise time and a break time.
When setting the time for the first time, try setting it a little tighter and increasing the intensity of the exercise by decreasing the time. Your body will be changing as well.
We recommend 5 sets per event.
If you finish within the default time, it will take 10 minutes and 50 seconds per event.
It is recommended to do at least 4 sports (20 sets) per day.
Only 4 events will take less than 44 minutes to complete within that time frame.
Rather than taking a lot of exercise time and rest time inefficiently, try to finish it in the time you need.
