L’applicazione mobile “Svoltiamo” è uno strumento sviluppato nel contesto del Programma "Svolta - Cagliari per una Mobilità Intelligente e Sostenibile” e rappresenta la seconda fase dell’indagine diretta prevista dal Programma Svolta.

Svolta è finanziato dal Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare, sviluppato dal Comune di Cagliari e dal Centro Interuniversitario Ricerche Economiche e Mobilità (CIREM) dell'Università di Cagliari, in partenariato con la Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, la società CTM S.p.A., la società Arst S.p.A. e la società Playcar s.r.l.

L’utilizzo dell’applicazione Svoltiamo consente di tracciare i propri spostamenti quotidiani e registrare le proprie attività.

La raccolta di queste informazioni consentirà alla piattaforma tecnologica di elaborare un Piano Personalizzato di Viaggio che suggerisca all’utente la modalità più sostenibile per i propri spostamenti casa-lavoro o casa-università.

L’applicazione Svoltiamo consente inoltre all’utente di contabilizzare e monitorare:
- I costi sostenuti per i propri spostamenti, il tempo impiegato e l’impatto degli stessi sull’ambiente in termini di emissioni di CO2 e sul consumo di chilocalorie
- I benefici legati a modalità di spostamento più intelligenti e sostenibili in termini di risparmio di denaro, tempo, minori emissioni di CO2 e di benefici per la propria salute.

Gli utilizzatori dell’applicazione potranno partecipare all’assegnazione di “buoni mobilità” erogati dal Comune di Cagliari a favore di coloro che si impegnano ad adottare stili di mobilità più sostenibili rispetto all’utilizzo dell’auto privata verificabili attraverso l’utilizzo dell’applicazione.

Il Programma Svolta, e quindi l’indagine diretta, nasce con l’obiettivo di promuovere l’utilizzo di modi di trasporto intelligenti e sostenibili in sostituzione all’automobile privata negli spostamenti casa–lavoro e casa–Università.

Il programma è indirizzato a tutti gli automobilisti che lavorano e si muovono a Cagliari per informarli circa le alternative sostenibili che hanno a disposizione per i propri spostamenti e i benefici connessi con il loro utilizzo.

The "Svoltiamo" mobile application is a tool developed in the context of the "Turnaround - Cagliari for Intelligent and Sustainable Mobility" program and represents the second phase of the direct survey envisaged by the Turnaround Program.

Svolta is funded by the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea, developed by the Municipality of Cagliari and the Interuniversity Center for Economic Research and Mobility (CIREM) of the University of Cagliari, in partnership with the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, the company CTM SpA, the company Arst SpA and the company Playcar s.r.l.

Using the Svoltiamo application allows you to track your daily movements and record your activities.

The collection of this information will allow the technological platform to develop a Personalized Travel Plan that suggests to the user the most sustainable way to move from home to work or home to university.

The Svoltiamo application also allows the user to account and monitor:
- The costs incurred for their journeys, the time taken and the impact of the same on the environment in terms of CO 2 emissions and on the consumption of kilocalories
- The benefits of smarter and more sustainable travel modes in terms of saving money, time, lower CO 2 emissions and health benefits.

The users of the application will be able to participate in the assignment of "mobility vouchers" provided by the Municipality of Cagliari in favor of those who undertake to adopt more sustainable mobility styles than the use of the private car verifiable through the use of the application .

The Turnaround Program, and therefore the direct investigation, was created with the aim of promoting the use of intelligent and sustainable modes of transport in place of the private car in home-work and home-university travel.

The program is addressed to all motorists who work and move in Cagliari to inform them about the sustainable alternatives they have available for their journeys and the benefits associated with their use.
