A S Mithra Private Limited established by Sri. Anil Prabha K, Sri. Saleesh Kumar M R (Managing Directors A S Mithra Pvt. Ltd.) A S Mithra Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated on 14-8-2021. We act as a gateway to provide wide range of services for human resources needs of the companies all across India. We are proud to our efficiency and instant response to any given situation. We focus on complete customer satisfaction which has led to our success.
2020 August 5th we started a consultancy named A S Associates in Thodupuzha. Most of the consultancies in the country currently charge a service charge of 50% or more to the employees in their 1st month salary while A S Associates charges a service charge of 25% to the employees. As we all knew that during the time was pandemic we helped many people to get a job.
Our biggest feature is that every vacancy comes to us is completely transparent. Every vacancy that comes to us are immediately updated on our Whats App groups and other social Medias. People who are registered or non-registered can get our vacancy updates right away. In such a way A S Associates created a new wave in the field of consultancy.
We are really very happy to say that we have made more than 200 appointments without having website or applications.
In 2021, we incorporated as A S Mithra Private Limited. Under A S Mithra Pvt. Ltd. Company we have A S Mithra Job Consultancy and A S Mithra Matrimony.

Vision
People in India should have a job as per their Education, Qualifications and Aspiration. These can be done through employment (Private or Government). Entrepreneurship or agriculture. To make people understand their capabilities and guide them to earn a living .Age, gender, religion or caste should not be a barrier to earn living.
Make people understand about Govt. schemes each individual and help them in taking advantage of it. We will be seeking help of volunteers from Kudumbasree, NSS, Resident Associations, Clubs, Political and Non-Political groups etc....
