Easy Invoice Professional is a standalone professional business inventory and stock management control software.

MANAGE YOUR INVENTORY
Inventory items are easily created for products or services then categorized. (Foods, Beverages, Services etc.)
Create multiple warehouses and assign inventory accordingly.
Inventory is automatically managed by purchase and sales orders.
Based on either total or quantity, orders can have a discount entered.
Different tax rates can be entered on every inventory item.
In inventory management, custom notes of each item can be made .
Purchase or sale orders are easily created by a Bluetooth-enabled barcode reader.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Create accounts for vendors, customers and partners and categorize them under groups.
When an order is finalized it will effect the related vendor, customer or distributor accounts. Money flow can be controlled by collection and payment receipts.

Our software does not require any server connection, all features can be used offline.

PRINTING
All the data (invoices, orders, receipts, reports etc. ) can be sent to any blutooth or wifi-enabled printer. A 3rd party printing software (PrinterShare) may be needed.
