1. How do we manage to deliver fresh Meats, Vegetable & fruits?

For every product our delivery team does a quality check on the products and does a review on the freshness.

2. Why do we offer a return if not fresh?

We are concerned about our customer’s health. If the customer feels the meat or vegetables aren’t fresh they can return or replace. We want our customer to eat the finest & freshest meat, Vegetable & fruits.

3. Are your meats Halal Cut?

Yes, It’s 100% halal cut. All of our meats are cut in a proper halal cut manner.

4. Within how much time we deliver?

We deliver the products to our customer within 120 minutes.

5. Why we don’t charge for delivery?

We want to be pocket friendly to our valuable customer’s.

6. Do I get the same product as shown in picture?

The images are shown at the website/app are only for the product representation.

7. Is your meat frozen?

No our Meats are freshly cut and we never have preserved or frozen meat.

8. Where do you get your meat from?

We outsource our products from our local vendors.

9. Where can we buy your products?

10. If I pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking / UPI / Wallet, how long will it take for my account to be debited?

After a successful transaction, your account will get debited immediately.

11. While I was paying by net banking, my ‘session expired’. Say what?

This happens, simply, when you take too long to make the direct debit payment and do not manage it in the specified amount of time. Go back to the www.edenfresh.in site and you will be presented with a page to re-attempt the online payment or convert the order to Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

12. I made a successful payment by net banking but the system says that the ‘verification has failed’. Now what?

To place a successful order, your payment transaction has to get verified successfully at your bank’s direct debit gateway. The verification can fail because of various reasons. If you made a successful payment but the verification failed, do not worry. The amount debited from your account will get credited back within 7 working days.

13. I cancelled my order which was made using online payment option (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking / UPI / Wallet). How will I get my money back and when?

The account that you used for payment will get credited with the refund amount within 8-9 working days.

14. What are the payment options supported?

We have both online as well as cash on delivery payment options. No extra fees is charged for using any of the payment methods.

15. My bank is not listed in online payment option, how can I pay?

You can use other payment options (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Wallet) to pay. In case you are unable to pay using any of those options, you can use Cash on Delivery option.

16. Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option?

No.
