Efter att du bokat in mötet via telefonmottagningen kommer du att få en notis via sms/email och ditt inbokade onlinesamtal kommer att finnas under ’Mina sidor’ i appen

Logga in i appen med hjälp av BankID eller sms och klicka dig vidare till mötet. Vi ringer upp dig när det är dags för samtal.

För att ditt onlinesamtal ska bli så lyckat som möjligt, bör du tänka på följande:
⦁ Välj plats med omsorg. En plats där du är bekväm och inte blir störd under samtalet. En plats där det är ljust och tyst.
⦁ Internetuppkoppling. Det är viktigt med en stabil uppkoppling för att videosamtalet ska bli bra.
⦁ Ljud. Vi rekommenderar dig att använda headset eller andra typer av hörlurar.
⦁ Se till att ha tillräckligt med batteri

All kommunikation i onlinesamtalet är skyddad med kryptering för ett tryggt och säkert samtal.

After you have booked the meeting via the telephone reception you will receive a note via SMS / email and your booked online conversation will be available under "My pages" in the app

Log in to the app using BankID or sms and click on to the meeting. We'll call you when it's time for a call.

To make your online conversation as successful as possible, consider the following:
⦁ Choose a place with care. A place where you are comfortable and not disturbed during the conversation. A place where it is bright and quiet.
⦁ Internet. It is important to have a stable connection in order for the video call to be good.
⦁ Audio. We recommend you use headsets or other types of headphones.
⦁ Make sure you have enough battery

All communication in the online conversation is protected with encryption for a safe and secure call.
