Fit for Fête

Fit for Fête is an online personal training service built on the ideals of the Caribbean life and culture. A fête is a french term for celebration used throughout the Caribbean, especially when referring to a festival or carnival where regional music such as Soca and Reggae is played. These celebrations are about love, unity and freedom, and are bursting with life, energy and color. When you think of carnival you think of happy, beautifully tanned and myelinated people, in revealing and colorful costumes, fully enjoying life. In this spirit is where Fit for Fête is based.
