With Handelsbanken Mobiltjänst Företag, you as a company representative can carry out your most common banking matters.

The following services are included:

- See deposit information about bank giro payments
- Make transfers between own accounts in the same currency
- Make transfers to other people's accounts in the same currency.
- Pay invoices with scanning of OCR, amount and recipient
- Register e-invoice, add, change or delete recipients and approve e-invoice
- Approve e-invoices
- Accept payments that are registered by another in the Internet service
- Register payments that must then be final approved by another in the Internet service
- See upcoming and stopped payments. Filter future payments until a certain date
- Approve files
- Business Card Company - see purchasing space, connected cards and transactions under main agreements
- See agreements for leasing and installments and make a leasing calculation for a new car

You log in to the app with a personal code, or with Mobile BankID. You also need to have the authorization Mobile Service Company in your power of attorney. The app can request access to the camera to scan invoices and to the phone's location services to locate the nearest offices and ATMs. If access is denied, these services cannot be used.


Eligibility requirements:

- Device and app history -
Used to check if the app is active to be able to display messages in the right window and otherwise be able to log out the user automatically.

- Location -
Used to be able to search for the nearest ATM and office.

- Mobile -
Used to make it possible to make direct calls from the app to support, offices and card locks.

- Camera -
Used to be able to scan a paper invoice when registering a payment.

- Device ID and call information -
Used to support error handling and troubleshooting.

- Other -
Show network connections - Used to check if your device has network access.
Full network access - Used for the app to be able to communicate with the bank's system.
Control vibration - Used to clarify keystrokes in the app and when scanning paper invoices.
