IN A REMOTE ISLAND BY THE BAY, you are tucked away from society, tasked with the insurmountable job of finding a cure for a widespread virus that has gripped the major cities in its deadly grip. The government has sent you to this isolated location to study the virus and determine a best course of action for eliminating it before the disease spreads to the outer regions and consumes the nation. As zombies terrorize the streets, people have taken to any number of measures to keep from becoming infected, but too many attempts have failed, and done so miserably. As the numbers grow, so do the stakes of your mission. While nearing a possible vaccine, if not a cure, the unimaginable happens. In a sealed, confidential letter from the president, you break the seal, only to come in direct contact with the shedded and decaying flesh of the infected leader. With the mission compromised, you try and stay away from other members, but with many of the country's representatives becoming infected, the risk grows exponentially. As weeks pass and you don't see a change in your condition, you realize the vaccine was a success, however when you emerge from your confinement, you see the mission is more than compromised-- it's downright abolished. Decaying dead fill the land, the halls of your lab and the town where you have all set up housing for the duration of the study. You are the lone survivor-- well, you and a scattering of rats. In order to survive this island and bring the results to the mainland, you must destroy these enemies once and for all to eliminate their threat to the remaining supply of the vaccine. It is only with this elixir that the hope for a cure can possibly be discovered.

Level I
Blaze past zombie foes who prowl every corner of the island bay hungry for a new victim. Their attacks are brutal and highly skilled as their virus morphs and becomes even more powerful and consumptive. You must think ahead, keep an eye on your entity map and health bar and aim to kill.

Level II
Each step is potentially your last as you delve into the dangers of the underground lab where enemies lurk around every corner and your chance of survival appears increasingly slim. Without that elixir, the mission is done for.

Level III
Navigate treacherous lands in the rustic town where enemies mob in great masses and snipers rain down their bullets from above. Extreme fights await you as you battle the onslaught of enemies. It is time you become the victor of this brutal battle and eliminate this foe once and for all. The fate of the human race rests with you.
