The JP and B Realty and General Services Inc. was incorporated in the 2019. But before it was formed, in the year 2014, it was originated from R.Javier Realty under the name of Roger R. Javier, Real Estate Broker together with Teodoro Q.Balinton Jr., the Property Manager of the realty.
Over the years, through their high level of expertise in the field, they have been able to educe the maximum worth of their clients' investments and have finally exceeded their trust. They decided to form the corporation with another real estate broker in the person of Gemar G.Perez. JP and B stands for Javier, Perez and Balinton, the incorporators of the business.
The JP and B Realty and General Services Inc. has an extensive projects accredited to different real estate developers in the NCR and CALABARZON specifically Camella Homes and Lessandra Homes of Vista Land, Mercedes Homes of Astra Realty Corporation and Virkar Realty Corporation, Demeterland, Avida Land Corp. , Active Group Estate Sales Incorporated and more.
