There are no 'trendy' diets, 'secret' exercises, excessive cardio or any of the numerous other failing strategies employed far too often in the industry today.

Creating custom meal plans and workouts is standard these days, but implementing these into the lives of different individuals is another thing altogether. This requires vast experience in working with different people from a range of different backgrounds and industries. It also requires experience in working in many different environment and with many different types of people.

Warren believes this is a unique strong point of his.

After two short careers as an Officer in the military, and later working in Finance, Warren discovered his true ambition of working in the fitness industry. He has over 15 years training experience in gyms all over the world, having lived in a few different countries. Most recently, Warren spent the last few years as a personal trainer in London and Sydney. Now based in Dubai, Warren have moved into online coaching full time, and has already helped hundreds of clients around the world.

Warren's MO is helping men and women to improve their physiques first and foremost. This may require improvements to their fitness, but more often than not is product of adding a muscle and stripping away body fat. And neither of these processes requires great amounts of cardio, or 'fitness' as would be the old idea of the word.

Warren works with his clients closely to understand exactly what it is they want from their training, which is often a visual or aesthetic change, rather than improved strength or 'functional fitness'. Warren believe's it extremely important to be brutally honest with yourself about you actual goals, because there are several different routes to them; Warren's specialty is prescribing the fastest and most effective, yet still the most sustainable path to your goals.

His coaching is patient, friendly and humorous, and always true to his core military values of self-discipline, integrity and hard work which he is passionate about transferring to his clients.
