Liquida Online is an innovative service, aimed at involving the Insured, step by step, during the entire process of an appraisal.
Through the video appraisal system, the Insured can have the damage assessed by the expert and let him acquire the documentation necessary for the real-time liquidation of the accident, just as it would during a traditional inspection.
This APP accelerates the entire liquidation process of the claim, always keeping the Insured at the center, who in this way is free to choose the times and methods for carrying out the checks.
 
User privacy is safeguarded throughout the process. The APP does not access any personal and sensitive data contained on the device of the Insured and, in the same way, does not access the gallery on the device
Here are some of the functions:
- Connection in video-conference with the expert, possibility to talk and to view the damage covered by the accident;
- Possibility of taking geo-referenced photographs, writing a short description and sharing them in real time with the expert;
- Ability to run short videos to better understand the dynamics of the accident;
- Possibility of scanning documents such as invoices and estimates in real time;
- Possibility to scan barcodes to immediately trace the characteristics of some damaged goods.
- At the end of the video, the user has the possibility to save the photos taken on his device.
