The Product Quality Panel (PQP) is a comprehensive feedback tool. The associated PQP app supports a simple feedback submission process by allowing screenshots and annotations to be taken during app usage and sent to the right recipient. The feedback can include bug reporting, offer information or feature ideas. Submitted feedback is processed and implemented by the responsible product after transmission and the submitter is continuously informed about the processing progress.

As a registered panel user, you can use the bug button in the comparison app to start the feedback process. You will then be directed to the PQP app and can add your feedback and then send it off. Within the Product Quality Panel, the feedback workflow is clearly defined by creating, commenting, sending, checking and implementing. In any case, you will receive feedback on what happens to your feedback.
