My training and nutrition plans are designed to help you look and feel good. They're based around what you enjoy, as well as your goals.

Both are set out in a way which is simple to follow, with detailed instructions and a video tutorial on how to perform each physical exercise in case you're unsure.

My nutrition plans are versatile and promote a range of different techniques. My preferred method is the Flexible Eating approach, AKA - If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM).
