SAP or the acronym for Property Installment Simulation is a mobile-based application that has a function to create an installment scheme model of the desired property based on initial data input and predetermined distribution models.
Schema models that can be used are flat models, percentage data or custom prices. Application users can adjust prices according to the needs of their clients, because the system has been made to be able to make good decisions even though the user enters data above margin.
