Cidadão,

Para utilizar a Delegacia Digital é necessário ler e acatar as seguintes condições:

1 -
As ocorrências registradas serão analisadas pela Polícia Civil do Estado da Bahia antes da sua oficialização e emissão da Certidão de Registro de Ocorrência via Internet. Aquelas ocorrências que não atenderem os critérios definidos a seguir serão canceladas, sendo isto comunicado ao cidadão.

2 -
Só serão aceitos registros de ocorrências relativas a fatos ocorridos no Estado da Bahia.

3 - Para realizar de forma adequada o registro de ocorrência na Delegacia Digital é importante conhecer os conceitos de furto e roubo, segundo o Código Penal Brasileiro:
Furto: subtrair, para si ou para outrem, coisa alheia móvel (artigo155).
Roubo: subtrair coisa móvel alheia, para si ou para outrem, mediante grave ameaça ou violência a pessoa (artigo 157).
4 - Os casos de roubo de objetos não poderão ser registrados via Internet, devendo o cidadão comparecer a uma delegacia de polícia.
5 - Só poderão ser registradas ocorrências relativas a furto de objetos e documentos, perda e extravio de documentos e objetos.
6 - Não é permitido o registro de ocorrência via Internet de furto ou perda/extravio de produtos controlados pela Polícia (armas e acessórios, coletes, explosivos, carteira funcional policial).
7 - A validação dos dados com o cidadão poderá ser realizada por e-mail ou por telefone, mas a resposta à aceitação do registro só será efetivada por e-mail. Portanto é obrigatório fornecer um e-mail válido para contato.
8 - Serão fornecidas, através da Internet, certidões para todas as ocorrências validadas pela Polícia Civil registradas.
9 - O cidadão poderá acompanhar o andamento do registro de sua ocorrência através dos e-mails enviados pela Polícia Civil, ou através do site www.delegaciadigital.ssp.ba.gov.br

To use the Digital Police Station you must read and abide by the following conditions:

1 -
The recorded occurrences will be analyzed by the Civil Police of the State of Bahia prior to its officialization and issuance of the Certificate of Occurrence Registration via the Internet. Those occurrences that do not meet the criteria defined below will be canceled, and this will be communicated to the citizen.

2 -
Only records of occurrences related to events in the State of Bahia will be accepted.

3 - To properly register the incident at the Digital Police Station, it is important to know the concepts of theft and theft, according to the Brazilian Penal Code:
Theft: Subtracting, for yourself or others, something other than mobile (article155).
Theft: Subtracting someone else's motive, for themselves or others, by serious threat or violence to the person (article 157).
4 - Cases of theft of objects may not be registered via the Internet, and the citizen must attend a police station.
5 - Only occurrences related to theft of objects and documents, loss and misplacement of documents and objects may be recorded.
6 - The registration of the occurrence through the Internet of theft or loss / loss of products controlled by the Police (weapons and accessories, vests, explosives, police functional card) is not allowed.
7 - Validation of data with the citizen may be performed by email or by telephone, but the response to the acceptance of the registration will only be effected by email. Therefore it is mandatory to provide a valid contact email.
8 - Certificates will be provided, via the Internet, for all occurrences validated by the registered Civil Police.
9 - Citizens can follow the progress of the registration of their occurrence through e-mails sent by the Civil Police, or through the website www.delegaciadigital.ssp.ba.gov.br
