CIE Mobile

Extension du 179, en utilisant l'application CIE Mobile, j’accède à un espace pour :
- Bénéficier des informations sur les services fournis par la CIE notamment les
services d’Abonnement, de Branchement, de Réabonnement, de Mutation et de
Résiliation...
- Avoir accès aux informations sur le réseau électrique
- Entrer en contact avec le centre de relation client par mail ou par appel
téléphonique.
- Developper de bon réflexe dans l’usage et l’économie d’électricité et répondre au Quiz de la CIE,
- De géolocaliser les différentes agences CIE en Côte d'Ivoire,
- De fournir des alertes photos pour le signalement d’incidents sur réseau électrique.
Extension 179, using the ICE Mobile application, I go to space:
- Benefit information on the services provided by the CIE including
Subscription services, Connecting to Re-subcription, Mutation and
Termination...
- Have access to information on the electrical network
- Get in touch with the contact center by email or call
telephone.
- Develop good reflex in the use and saving electricity and answer the Quiz of the ICE,
- From geotag different CIE agencies in Ivory Coast,
- Provide alerts pictures for reporting incidents on the electricity grid.
