To Use
Menu-->Wallpaper-->Live wallpaper-->Custom Walls-->Settings.

To select video as wallpaper.
Video Gallery-->Uncheck span video-->Select video-->Apply.
You must wait for video to load before you click apply. Larger video files may take longer to load.

To select slideshow as wallpaper.
Slideshow-->Folder-->Check photos for slideshow-->Done-->Apply.
You must wait for photos to load for slideshow wallpaper before you click apply. It may take longer load for more photos used for slideshow.

To use instant camera capture as wallpaper.
Image-->Camera-->Take picture-->Done-->Apply.
