Casa Museo Luigi Pirandello

The Luigi Pirandello House Museum mobile app intends to accompany visitors on a discovery of the Sicilian author's birthplace. The app, consisting of different paths, is designed for use at different times: before, during and after the visit to the house, located in Agrigento, in the locality of Caos.
The first path is an in-depth analysis of the site visit: room after room, the visitor is accompanied in the interaction with the various exhibits. The second path offers wider thematic areas, useful for contextualizing the figure of Pirandello in the family and literary context.
The Podcast section offers, thanks to an exceptional interpreter, the reading of some famous passages by the author taken from novels, poems and short stories. In the last section of the app, thanks to Augmented Reality, it is possible to interact with different 3D models of masks, simply through the camera of your device.
Original texts, archival audiovisual materials, specially composed original music and the voice of Maestro Leo Gullotta contribute to the creation of a complete tour app, which accompanies the journey inside and outside the museum.
The contents were created with the supervision and scientific coordination of Professor Sarah Zappulla Muscarà and lawyer Enzo Zappulla, one of the leading Pirandellian experts and scholars, in coordination with the Superintendence for Cultural and Environmental Heritage of Agrigento.
