E-Office Pemprov. Bali

The Bali Provincial Government E-Office is a correspondence application that is used internally within the Bali Provincial Government. Some of the features that are available in the Bali Provincial Government E-Office include Incoming Mail, Outgoing Mail, Disposition, Letter Number, Draft Letter, Internal Letter and Electronic Signature in collaboration with the Electronic Certification Agency (BSrE). E-Office has been used directly by Echelon II level officials and is connected gradually up to Echelon IV Officials. With the Electronic Signature feature, the E-Office has supported the Bali Provincial Government in an effort to reduce the use of paper (hardcopy), increase security and simplify document validation, and reduce time lags for processing / validating documents due to the mobility of officials.
