● You can make a practical precedent calculation using the application.

● You can see the floor and flat sizes of the building as a picture.

● The default flat overhangs are set to 30 m².
( 20 meters facade x 1.5 m² = 30 m² )
● If you want to adjust the circle overhangs manually;
● After activating the checkbox, only the facades that may protrude should be collected and written in the length of the facade.

Example of Facade Length;
Front of the plot: 20 m²
The back of the land: 18 m² (Can be overhanging 12 m²)
Right side of the plot: blind side
Left side of the plot: blind side
20 + 12 = 32 should be written in the facade length section.

Facade length calculation may vary according to the plot or project.
