Not a game. Map of various objects (armor, pigeons/flying rats, stunt jumps, guns, random characters and Stevie's car thefts locations) in gta 4. Allows progress tracking: you can mark points you've done with (e.g. performed stunt jumps / shot pigeons). Get your weapon and armor without cheats!
