Zero vision malnutrition has been developed in Enskede-Årsta-Vantör's district administration in Stockholm. The development has taken place in close cooperation with the municipal home help services in the district, the dietician network in the City of Stockholm, the Elderly Administration, the Swedish Dementia Center and the Department of Digital Development at the City Management Office.
