Raj-Samvaad is messaging app for all government officials of Government of Rajasthan available for Android smart phones. Raj-Samvaad is a web based centralized solution to act as an internal collaboration which facilitates the users to communicate in a closed and secure manner through channel of their choice. Raj-Samvaad can be accessed using phone’s internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi) for exchanging of messages in Rajasthan official community.

Quick Connect – Find all Government officials quickly, who are available on Raj-Kaj Application platform, for quick communication. There is no need for storing any contact on mobile devices; this will reduce the risk of illegal use of contacts, in case of loss of mobile.
Multimedia – Exchange Images, Audio and Video Files.
Group Chat - Use Group chats to communicate the messages in a group of Government officials.
Stay Updated – Real time exchange of messages keep all officials up-to date and reduce communication time.
Broadcasting - Disseminate information to multiple users.
Secure Login – Login with Rajasthan Single Sign-On (MS .Net Framework 4.x based web application that provides a secure SSO Application Interface including interface and secure web services for Identity and Application management lifecycle.)
Encryption – All messages including text, image, audio and video are encrypted using AES 128 bit encryption techniques and are transferred in encrypted format.
Secure Storage – Data is stored on local storage in encrypted and unreadable format which is not accessible to end user.
Configurable – Colour Themes, Sound, Auto Downloads and import/export of data may also be configured.
