Welcome to Studio Emilio. I am grateful that I can share my love of Pilates and surfing with you here in a mindful and entertaining manner. Being an avid surfer, Pilates has helped me remain strong and limber for charging big waves as well as mindful through breathing practices. During these crazy times I'm offering a comfortable and happy environment to come together, stretch and exercise with Pilates based movement principles. A wide variety of classes are offered: Pilates for Surfers, Pilates for Kids, Pilates with my cute dog Lani, Evening Stretching for a mellow relaxing time as well as more hard core, high intensity classes. I'm grateful to be able to help people become longer and leaner, connected and healthy through Pilates, sprinkled with humor and a large helping of stoke!
