We do this work mainly out of passion and VostrOsteria expresses the love for cooking, for quality food, for the simplicity of the raw material and for the beauty of conviviality.
The desire to return to simple and genuine flavors made us decide to base our cuisine on the highest quality of the raw material. All products come from our farm in Umbria.
