Allianz ConnX

The AllianzConnX app allows the inspection and the assessment of damage by video call. It's that easy:
1. To install the app, you need a link from the alliance by SMS or email.
2. Please install the app before the agreed date for the video call.
3. The Alliance will send you a second link just before the start of the video call.
4. Click on the second link to start the video call.
5. At the end of the damage surveys via video call, the damage expert will discuss the next steps with you.

AllianzConnX provides fo lgende ways:
- HD Audio
- Screen Sharing
- Record and store photos
- pointer in the picture
- marks in the picture
- Pause the video call

The damage expert receives through the app without access to any files on your device. The app allows the damage experts but during the video call, take photos and store.
Your data is safe with us and will be treated confidentially by our damage experts. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003 and our privacy policy.
