Your digital customer card
You always have your mobile phone with you. And with the BIO COMPANY app now also your digital BIO COMPANY customer card. It works the same as the physical card, but is more convenient. If you already have a physical customer card, you can save it digitally in the app. If you don't have a customer card yet, you can easily generate a new digital card in the app. In both cases, you can either use the customer card anonymously or create a profile and use the card in a personalized way.

Don't want a customer card? Of course, you can also use the app without a customer card.

Collect points, donate and view the current point balance
With the digital customer card in the app, it is now even easier to make something out of your purchase. Simply scan the BIO COMPANY app yourself at the checkout and receive 1 point for every €5 you spend. Collect 50 points and save 10% on the next purchase of your choice. You can also see the current score at any time.

If you are a participant in our discount points program and have a registered customer card account, you can also donate the points you have collected. We offer you about 3 different non-profit organizations at regularly changing intervals. To do this, your BIO COMPANY points are converted into amounts of money, which we then pass on to the organization promptly and collectively. 1 point = €0.10.

Once you have decided on an organization, you can choose how many of your points you would like to donate. We collect the amounts and then transmit them to the recipient. You are the donor, we only mediate. Only small donations up to 150€ are possible, for which there is no donation receipt. After you have made your donation, the points will be deducted from the points balance. You can then easily collect new discount points the next time you shop at BIO COMPANY.

Keep track of your recent purchases. After using the app, you will automatically receive your digital receipts in the app within 24 hours.

We are proud of our monthly customer magazine. There you will find exciting content about our manufacturers, products, sustainability and organic. And with the BIO COMAPNY app you always have it with you.

The current offers
The BIO COMPANY campaign flyer with all current offers is published every two to three weeks. You won't miss any action directly in the app.

Send market finder and feedback
With the integrated market finder you can find the BIO COMPANY market near you. You can have the route shown to you directly or give your feedback on each individual market or purchase.

Select "Your Market".
With a small heart for your favorite market, you select it in the app as "Your Market". This means that the current daily specials, market-specific services or opening times are just a click away.
Notifications with useful information
If you want to stay up to date, you can activate the notifications of the BIO COMPANY app. You will be informed directly if e.g. B. the opening hours of "your market" have changed or if you have collected points with your customer card.
