The Figurella App helps you to follow a correct lifestyle thanks to advice on health, movement and nutrition. It allows you to receive free sessions at the 150 centers in Italy, keep track of your appointments and learn about all the national promotions.

Figurella is the largest international group specialized in weight loss for women and a benchmark in the field of women's health and well-being. Born in Switzerland in the 1970s, with over 150 centers in Italy and 500 in the world, the Figurella Method has been supporting women in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for over 40 years.

The Figurella Method
It is a natural method, which does not use machinery, creams or miraculous supplements, and is based on a healthy lifestyle, made of moderate physical activity and correct nutrition. The Method includes a frequency at the Centers of two sessions a week for about an hour in which to carry out personalized exercises in the Patented Bed, verify the results and receive practical advice, both food and lifestyle, to put into practice in the life of every day, even in the family.
The Figurella Method is based on the personalization of exercises and tips, thanks to the constant advice of its Assistant and of the professionals (osteopathy, dieticians, nutritionists, doctors) present in the center.

How does it work
It all starts with the first analysis of the figure, the invaluable advice of the assistants to know their physical condition, beyond the simple weight, criticalities and bad habits, define the objectives to be achieved and the right strategy.
It is therefore possible to start attending, only by appointment and with the constant presence of the Assistants. Each session consists of 30 minutes of physical activity in the Patented Bed with exercises designed on the needs of each client and a 15-minute Active Oxygen Bath in the technological oar to purify the skin, tone it and make it smooth and silky. The session takes place in about an hour, including a shower, and is repeated 2-3 times a week, just as the WHO recommends in terms of physical exercise.
