LTOM is the dedicated application of the program "The Witnesses Overseas" airs Monday through Friday at 11:45 am and 19h on France Ô and the Overseas Network 1st.
 
With it, you can give your opinion and send your direct testimony (video, image, sound or text) from your smartphone and get you as a witness Overseas! At every moment, see the call for witnesses of the issue and take the floor on the topics that interest you.
 
The LTOM application also allows you to share all content on social networks and access:
 
- To call for witnesses proposed by the editor
- In the testimonies of the community LTOM
- In the replay of emissions and each item.
