About founder and director, Shiksha ICS:
Dev Sir has experience of 14 years of meritorious nurturing of innumerous successful UPSC and state PSCs aspirants with high order of professional expertise. He is Smart motivator, Focused educator, Proactive decision maker, shaping UPSC and state PSCs aspirants since 2006 for achieving their final goal with remarkably high success rate. Dev Sir delivered several trainings and lectures in IAF, Government Institutions and Private Institutions pertaining to intelligence, internal security, international relations, preparation of civil services, time management, stress management etc. within India and abroad. In the course of 14 years of his journey as an educator and 20 years as a hardened Air Warrior, he has long and verified experience of teaching and shaping the career of civil services aspirants. He belongs to such an esteem and prudent organization i.e. Indian Air Force where zero error and high degree of discipline is utmost priority of work culture. Being soldier honesty, loyalty, integrity, truthfulness, perseverance, enthusiasm, diligence, determination and innovativeness are part of his attitude which makes him productive for the institution where he serves.
