علی زندوکیلی در خانواده ای دوازده نفره به عنوان فرزند هشتم و اولین پسر بعد از هفت دختر در شیراز به دنیا آمد.او دو برادر کوچک تر از خود نیز با نام های محمد و امین دارد.پدرش اصالتا لرستانی و اهل شهرستان پلدختر است.

علی زند وکیلی ( زاده ٢٥ بهمن ۱۳۶۵ در شیراز ) خواننده و نوازنده است. فعالیت‌ هنری خود را از سه سالگی با نواختن تنبک و آوازشروع کرد و در سال ۱۳۷۷ به هنرستان موسیقی شیراز وارد شد و نواختن سنتور و پیانو را آموخت. سال ۱۳۸۱ به هنرستان موسیقی تهران وارد و از همان هنرستان فارغ‌التحصیل شد.

Ali Zand Vakili (born February 26, 1986 in Shiraz) is a singer and musician. He started his artistic activity at the age of three by playing tonbak and singing and in 1998 he entered Shiraz Conservatory of Music and learned to play the dulcimer and piano. In 2002, he entered the Tehran Conservatory of Music and graduated from the same conservatory.
