□ 서비스 이용방법

[인증서 이동]
o 더보기 (오른쪽 상단의 ≡) - 공인인증센터 - 공인인증서 가져오기 메뉴에서 PC에 있는 공인인증서를 스마트폰으로 이동(복사)합니다.
* PC에서 인증서 이동 사이트(https://smart.yessign.or.kr)에 접속하여 진행

o 서비스 이용
청약신청, 청약신청 내역조회 및 취소 등 본인 확인이 필요한 메뉴는 인증서로 로그인한 후 서비스 이용
* 각 주택의 분양정보, 경쟁률 및 청약안내, 청약통장 가입현황 등은 로그인 없이 이용 가능

□ 주요서비스 안내

[APT 청약신청]
o 청약통장 가입고객으로서 가입기간, 납입횟수 및 주택소유 여부 등에 따라 1순위 또는 2순위 청약가능합니다.
* APT 특별공급의 청약신청/조회/취소 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다. PC에서 APT2you 홈페이지(https://www.apt2you.com)에 접속, 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.
* 단, 국민은행 청약통장 가입고객으로 일반공급(1, 2순위) 청약하고자 하시는 분은 국민은행 홈페이지 이용

o 청약절차
주택 선택 → 유의사항 확인/로그인(전자서명) → 청약신청자 확인 → 주택형 선택 → 거주지 입력 → 주택소유여부 등 입력 / 가점항목입력 확인 → 연락처 등 입력 → 청약신청내역 확인
* 상기 절차는 민영주택 1순위 청약절차이며, 주택유형 및 순위에 따라 절차가 일부 상이하거나 생략될 수 있습니다.

[오피스텔 등 청약신청]
o 대한민국에서 거주하는 만 19세 이상인 자로서 거주지역 및 청약통장 가입여부와 상관없이 청약신청 가능합니다.
* 단, 국민은행 계좌를 이용하여 청약금을 납부하실 고객은 국민은행 홈페이지 이용

o 청약절차
주택/주택형 선택 → 유의사항 확인/로그인(전자서명) → 연락처 입력 → 청약신청금 출금 계좌정보 입력 → 청약신청내역 확인

[청약 관련정보 조회]
o APT, 뉴스테이, 오피스텔 및 도시형 생활주택에 대한 분양정보, 경쟁률 및 당첨 조회 서비스 제공
* 단, APT2you를 통해 접수하는 주택에 대해서만 조회 가능

o 주요 주택청약제도 안내 및 관련법에 대한 개정사항 등 공지

o 청약통장 가입현황 통계자료 제공

o 필수적 접근권한
- 전화 : 고객식별번호(휴대폰번호)
* 비정상적인 앱 접속 시에만 접근
- 저장공간(기기사진, 미디어, 파일 엑세스) : 공인인증서 관련 기능(가져오기/로그인/서명) 사용
- 기타(다른 앱 종료, 실행중인 앱 검색, 네트워크 연결) : 백신모듈 업데이트/악성코드 모니터링

□ How to use the service

Certificates Go
 o more (at the top right ≡) - Authorized Certification Center - move (copy) a certificate on a smartphone on a PC Import Certificates menu.
    * Continue to access the mobile site certificate (https://smart.yessign.or.kr) on PC

 o Service
   Subscription Application, Application View and subscription cancellation menu is available after login identification required by the Certificate Services
    * Pre-sale information, competition and offer descriptions of each house, and offer passbook subscriptions, etc. are available without login

□ Key Services

[APT subscription application;
 o The number one priority subscription or possibly two depending on the subscription account sign up as a customer subscription period, whether paid number, and home ownership.
    * Special offer of APT supply application / query / cancel service is not provided. Please access the website APT2you (https://www.apt2you.com) on your PC, free to use.
    * Note If you wish to General Supply (1, position 2) to offer the National Bank offer customers subscription account using the National Bank website

 o offer procedure
   Housing selection → OK Note / Login (e-signature) → subscription → OK applicant jutaekhyeong selection → → input, such as home ownership, type of residence, such as whether or not the input / input confirmation lights up entry → Contacts → Confirmation Request offer Description
