Actify Bewegen stappenteller

Meer bewegen echt leuk maken? Dat doe je met de Actify Bewegen app! Deze gratis stappenteller houdt je stappen bij en stuurt je op missie om je stappendoel te halen. Bepaal jouw eigen missies en ga op pad om ze te halen of loop samen met vrienden of familie.

Wat kun je doen?
• Start jouw persoonlijke uitdaging, op je eigen niveau.
• Houd dagelijks al je stappen bij. Je dagdoel past zich vanzelf aan jouw loopgedrag aan.
• Ga op missie om het halen van jouw stappendoelen nog leuker te maken.
• Ga een missie aan met vrienden, familie of collega's. Wie haalt het eerst de meeste stappen? Jij of zij…?

Belonen
• Doel behaald? Goed bezig! Om je te belonen ontvang je punten voor elk doel dat je haalt. Hiermee kun je zien hoe goed je bezig bent.
• Om jouw stappen bij te houden gebruikt Actify de stappen-gegevens van jouw Google Fit. Alleen als je deze koppelt kun je meedoen in de app.

• Track all your steps daily. Your daily goal automatically adjusts to your walking behavior.
• Go on a mission to make achieving your step goals even more fun.
• Go on a mission with friends, family or colleagues. Who gets the most steps first? You or she ...?
 
Reward
• Target achieved? Doing well! To reward you, you receive points for every goal you achieve. With this you can see how well you are doing.
• To keep track of your steps, Actify uses the step data of your Google Fit. Only if you link this can you participate in the app.
