BIDV Home is a mobile application provided by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to support individual customers to buy houses at projects financed by BIDV or BIDV cooperated with others. Buy a home with reputable investors. This application contributes to enhance the experience of customers on digital banking in the journey to find the right house for them at a reasonable cost. With home loan through BIDV Home, customers will enjoy preferential interest rate down by 0.1% compared to BIDV's lending rate through the channel (applied in the first 12 months).
Using BIDV Home application, customers can:
- Searching for interested projects and apartments with detailed information to support the decision making of customers;
- Loan calculation, preliminary assessment of the financial situation related to the loan and repayment of the loan;
- Make an appointment for counseling and management, track appointments;
- Register online loans and actively monitor the loan application process;
- Look up information that customers may be interested in such as: BIDV's offers, list of loan documents to be prepared, lending order at BIDV, terms of service use conditions, assessment of application use.
