Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says,

الَّذِينَ ا لُوبُهُمْ اللَّهِ لا اللَّهِ الْقُلُوبُ
"Those who believe and their hearts find peace in the remembrance of Allah. Remember, only by remembering Allah does the heart find peace” (Qs. ar-Ra'du: 28).

This means that by dhikr to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala all the turmoil and anxiety in their hearts will disappear and be replaced with joy and pleasure.

In fact, there is nothing greater to bring peace and happiness to the human heart than the remembrance of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
