Plushusene Nærheden

The plus houses are co-living in 2020. We want to create a housing community where the residents experience an increased quality of life in an active everyday life. A home that one cannot see oneself moving from again. As a resident of Plushusene, you use the app in your everyday life. This is where you sign up for events, e.g. communal dining or yoga. You can book resources as our guest apartments or tools. This is also where you can request and subscribe to services such as cleaning, window cleaning or gardening.

Through the app, you can communicate with the other residents in the Plus Houses. This can be done publicly via the bulletin board, or through private messages. You can also organize smaller communities by creating groups that get their own bulletin board and calendar.

If you find errors or deficiencies, these can be reported to our caretaker directly through the app, which forwards to our facility management system.
