Hazza Al Balushi:

Hazaa bin Abdullah bin Salem Al Balushi (born: 1995) is an Omani Quran reciter, born in the Wilayat of Liwa. He began his studies at Sultan Qaboos University, studying economic and political sciences.
He started memorizing the Holy Quran when he was 6 years old over 8 years and ended when he was 14 years old. His father was his biggest supporter. And then Hazaa started memorizing the Quran in his neighborhood mosque and then in mosques in nearby neighborhoods. In which there were some mastered elders who had sold in the science of readings. After that, he went to Mecca and Medina in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to master the recitation and reading of the Noble Qur’an, and thanks to God Almighty, he obtained an excellent grade, and that was between 2012 and 2013.
Hazza Al Balushi was hosted in many countries such as Britain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain during the holy month of Ramadan to lead worshipers for Tarawih prayers and at the invitation of some ministries and Islamic affairs and those countries.

_Sura Al-Hijr:

Surat Al-Hijr is a Meccan surah with ninety-nine verses. It was revealed after Surat Yusuf and before Surat Al-An’am. Its order in the Qur’an is the fifteenth surah. This noble surah was revealed at a difficult stage in the stages of the Islamic call. It was revealed during the period in which the uncle of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, Abu Talib, and his wife, the Mother of the Believers, Khadija, may God be pleased with her, died, and at that time severe harm from the infidels of Quraish appeared, and the Muslims had not yet had a strong power, so only a number of people entered Islam during that period.
