VITACHEQ

The VITACHEQ app is intended to be used in conjunction with a mobile device (VITACHEQ) for continuous, cuff-free measurement of blood pressure on the basis of the pulse wave speed, which is determined from ECG and optical pulse signals. Both signals are recorded on the periphery (preferably the thumb and index or middle finger) and used to calculate the heart rate, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the pulse wave speed. Various HRV parameters are also recorded on the basis of the ECG signal. This accompanying mobile app is used for communication with the device, its configuration, the display of the raw signals and calculated values, the explanation of the recorded HRV parameters, the user administration, the measurement support and the data storage.
