To design the onStEPsTM program, we work with a group of experts. They are patients, health professionals or sports professionals and come from all over France.

Because your desires and goals are unique, the onStEPsTM program allows you to define your own program based on your tastes, the level of difficulty desired, and the areas of the body you want to work on.

A FLEXIBLE PROGRAM
