The human eye has certain limits. Namely, it cannot always distinguish colors if they have slight differences in tonality.
That said, there is a certain correlation between colors. For example, some people find it harder to distinguish shades of red than green or blue, and that is an individual human characteristic.
You may think it is easy to find another color, but it is not. Try it and see for yourself. It will be easy in the beginning, but then it won't be.
