TMX Finance of Florida, Inc. d/b/a InstaLoan makes this Loan under the Florida Consumer Finance Act, Florida Statutes Chapter 516. ("Chapter 516"). Chapter 516 provides for the maximum annual interest rates based on the principal balance, as follows:

Principal Amounts of $.01 to $3,000.00 = 29.99% Annual Interest Rate
Principal Amounts of $3,000.01 to $4,000.00 = 23.99% Annual Interest Rate
Principal Amounts of $4,000.01 and up = 17.99% Annual Interest Rate

As permitted by Chapter 516, if two or more interest rates would apply to a loan, we may apply a blended annual rate of interest to the outstanding balance which, if applied according to the actuarial method to each of the scheduled periodic balances of principal, would produce at maturity the same total amount of interest as would result from the application of the two or more rates otherwise permitted, assuming that scheduled payments are made as agreed.
