LOCUM offers a simple and effective solution for the takeover of services among general practitioners. Well thought-out profiling and real-time status updates guarantee an optimal user experience.

REGISTRATION – Register as a practice holder or as an observer. Both are also possible. Then use different email addresses.

GP POST – Practice holders select their regular GP post. Observers select all GP posts where they are active.

HIS – Practitioners select the HIS system of their practice. Observers select all HIS systems they are familiar with or have a preference for. Do you not enter anything as an observer? Then LOCUM assumes that you are familiar with all systems!

AVAILABILITY – Observers fill in their availability; there are three time slots per weekday.

AVAILABILITY REMINDER – As an observer, do you want to adjust your availability per period? Then do this via 'Settings'. Note: matches are only shown for the period for which you have registered your availability. Do you want to limit the number of matches? Schedule your availability reminder earlier.

PUSH MESSAGES - Activation of push messages is done via 'Settings'. You will only receive push notifications if you are logged in!

SALES SERVICES – Practitioners go to their services page and click on the '+' at the top right of the screen. The first choice is between a GP post or practice. Then the date. After filling in the times, a choice of rates follows: specify the rate yourself (possibly with the remark 'rate negotiable') or have an observer make an offer. For multi-day shifts, place comments on the first shift of the series. For multi-day services, answer the question 'Would you like to offer more services?' In the subsequent screen, the next working day will automatically appear with all fields pre-filled, confirm again, etc., until the series is completed.

MULTI-DAY SERVICES – Multi-day services are offered in a modular way. The series can therefore be sold in one go, but also in parts. Would you prefer to sell multiple services at the same time? Then put that under 'Comments' at the first service of the series.

FIXED OBSERVATIONS – Are you looking for a permanent observer for a certain day of the week? Then post the service in a few weeks, accompanied by your request. The app automatically creates a series of them.

RESPONSES FROM OBSERVERS – The posting of a service is never followed by more than one reaction at a time. When a response is rejected because a bid was too high, the service will be made visible again for all candidates.
