Thank you for using our services.

As of January 4, 2023, the "DMM App Drama" service will be terminated. Therefore, we will refund the unused balance of the special currency "ruby" and "ticket" as follows.

■ Dedicated currency to be refunded

*Limited to unused portion.

■ Refund application period
From 15:00 on January 4, 2023 to 15:00 on April 4, 2023
*If you do not apply for a refund within the above period, you will be excluded from this refund procedure.

■ How to request a refund
Enter the necessary information (name, phone number, e-mail address, bank account) from the refund request form, attach a screenshot that can be checked for "ruby", "ticket", and "history" and send it. I will accept it.

■ Refund method
After the refund application period has passed and the procedure specified by our company is completed, the refund will be made by transfer to the specified bank account in Japan.
