Service

The Service app is a digital app with which the service technician has all information available for the service visits. For example, he has an overview of his agreements and all information can be entered directly with the work vouchers already prepared. The work orders can be completed on site with material, time and images. The Service App can also be used to perform inspections. This information is further processed in the Service & Maintenance module. Data from the app is stored directly in the homeDNA environment.
