What is the Digital Box?


Digital Box is the free app that the TeamSystem Professional can make available to its customers to help them manage their business, optimizing the sharing of documents and the exchange of information and saving time spent on emails, calls and visits to the Studio.


What can you do with the Digital Box?

Accounting statistics
• View statistics on the progress of your business

Documents and invoices
• Quickly search and view the documents uploaded by the accountant (F24, declarations, contracts, etc.) and download a copy
• Consult the electronic invoices sent for TS Digital Invoice and download them in PDF format
• Upload new documents by taking a photo with the camera or select an image from the gallery of your smartphone or a document from your files
• Save time spent on calls and emails: add comments to documents to quickly communicate with the Accountant

• Stay updated on the upcoming tax deadlines published by the Firm

How to activate the Digital Box?


To access the App, your accountant who uses TeamSystem must provide you with a valid TS Digital company account and activate the Digital Box service.
