With graphic Einplanungstafel, automated service contracts and full integration with service manager app and SAP Business One your technical service is fully supported. From the collection of the service order in the call center to technicians who can confirm the order at the customer's location by app and change.

With the service manager app the technician can use the following functions:

- The working week at a glance
With the weekly schedule, the technician can see exactly what to expect in the next few days.

- Appointment confirmations
You work with external partners working to confirm appointments only? Then you can help the service manager app! Appointments can be directly confirmed, rejected or modified.

- Material & expenses
Direct capture at the customer time and material and send it as a PDF to the customer.

- Information
Product data and characteristics, images, exploded drawings or descriptions of parts can be accessed directly in the app.


The service manager app can only be used in conjunction with the Andavis service manager.
