You can record job-seeking activities to avoid benefit sanctions.

It can be used by JSA, ESA-WRAG and Universal Credit claimants (whether in work or out of work).

IMPORTANT:

Only click send after you have completed all your job-seeking activities for up to 10 job-seeking days. But if your sign-on date is beyond this then you can send, clear and start again for another block of up to 10 days.
